The Connected Heat remote maintenance portal from LAMBDA Heat Pumps is a multifunctional platform for end customers, specialist contractors, and service partners. Connected Heat provides secure remote access to the respective heat pump control system.
Given the growing demands for energy efficiency and operational reliability, remote maintenance of heat pumps is becoming increasingly important. With the Connected Heat remote maintenance portal from LAMBDA Heat Pumps, systems can be conveniently monitored, controlled, and optimized remotely. Installers, service technicians, and end customers have access at any time to important heat pump information such as system status, type, serial number, or software versions, and can adjust settings or analyze malfunctions. Features such as remote access to heat pumps, centralized management of customer data, automatic fault notifications, and the storage of documents and maintenance logs significantly simplify service work. The LAMBDA Heat Schedule® combines intelligent control, weather data, and flexible electricity prices, while also taking into account the next day’s energy yield forecast for your home’s PV system, to make your heat pump operate more efficiently and reduce heating costs. An individual “heat schedule” is created for each subsequent day, which optimally distributes heat generation throughout the day.
By taking hourly variable electricity prices into account, the heat pump recognizes when electricity is particularly cheap or expensive. At the same time, hourly weather data is incorporated, allowing the heat pump to operate even more efficiently at higher outdoor temperatures. In this way, the Heat Schedule® automatically utilizes the most cost-effective times for heat generation and ensures energy-efficient operation.
All up-to-date data on electricity prices and weather is retrieved online via our remote maintenance portal, “Connected Heat.” In addition, provider-specific costs such as grid fees or taxes can be entered, ensuring that each heat pump is optimized for your electricity provider’s individual rate plan.
