Since 2022, their home, built in 1948, has been heated efficiently and environmentally friendly using renewable energy. Despite using traditional radiators as the distribution system, the system impresses with its high efficiency and reliable operation.

Instead of the old oil-fired boiler, this single-family home in Thiersee is now heated by an EU08L. Previously, 1,000 liters of heating oil were used annually for space heating. By connecting it to the photovoltaic system with an energy storage unit, the building can now be heated largely at no cost.
